August 30, 2018This place is disgusting you can smell human waste before you even pull into the park. They have an open "creek" for sewage from everyones home to go into because they refuse to get septic tanks proffesional cleaned. They warn noone about said "creek" so people unknowingly let their children play in human waste. And Kim and Steve the "maintenance workers" run the place and noone ever met the actual owners. Kim and Steve are never even there when they're needed. They have business hours but they ...are never in office. I literally watched Kim curse a woman for showing up at her house after business hours when she was needed and this is the only time she was at home. They are rude and try to evict for no reason. They evicted and 80 yr old man for complaining about his human waste coming up in his yard too much because they wouldnt fix it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
