Building is quiet. But other residence like to drop garbage outside on the ground. Maybe a garbage can by the outside doors…

Living spaces are nice and having the building locked makes me feel safe. Make sure you have them double check your parking space or street park because I almost got towed in my first 6 hours of living here after I was told to just "park anywhere for now" while they figured out my parking. If you have any noise complaints, just wait until office hours because I never got calls returned if I left a message outside of office hours.

Auburn two is a well priced apartment. I do wish the stove was updated (it seems pretty old and is a yellowish color) and that the heat was stable. For example I will set it at 60 in the living room and will come home to it being anywhere from 70-80 degrees sometimes. Overall good experience I have lived here for about 2 years.

We love this apartment! Although it is just average. We wish we could get a town home to rent that allow a dog. Or a nicer apartment that is updated. The main this is being able to have a dog and a cat. It is extremely hard to find that in Fargo, and my guess anywhere you go. The thing is we really don't want to pay that much in rent. Winning this would be amazing! Like I said this apartment is good, although like everywhere we have seen. Our next move will have to be for a place to have a dog ...
and cat, winning money to help out will be awesome!
