Management is full of bolonga. Maintenance is lazy! The owner literally does not care about you, your complaints or the property clearly and is just here for the $$$.

Pros: Washer/dryer in unit Dishwasher in unit Small community workout room on 2nd floor Elevator Maintenance guy is great! Cons: There are a some bad apples here that need to be replaced with better quality residents! No secure package delivery No on site management No recycling No central AC, forced air heat (just one wall AC unit, electric baseboard heat) Management is not assertive enough with problematic tenants If you're quiet and expect others to be as well, will treat the property ...

respectfully instead of trying to trash it, and will notify management if there's a problem, please move here!

Maintenance is not on site and they are terrible. They have to call someone else in most of the time and schedule an appointment. So then you got to be home to let them in because maintenance is never around. I have a few things broken in this place for a long time gave up on getting them fixed. Overall terrible management and terrible maintenance.

It's a cozy little one bedroom. Washer and dryer included. Nice small kitchen. Electric heat. Air conditioned. Full bathroom. Wheel chair access on the first floor. It suits me fine for now. I need more space, now.
