When you have a problem it takes days for them to fix it. Since we move out they are still owing us our security deposit. We have gone there so many times they just take our name and current address and said they the check will be mail to us but we still have not received anything. The Manager is never around and they don't know how to treat there customer I will never recommend anyone to this appartment.

For the many years I have lived at this apartment community, it has been a quiet, peaceful environment. Management is polite and understanding, and tries their best to keep the grounds in a good condition. The buildings are cleaned daily throughout the work week. The apartment community has either renovated or not apartments but whichever you get, the space is definitely what sold me. Lots of closet space and an eat in size kitchen makes you want to entertain and when I do entertain, it is good ...
to know that visitor parking is available at the rear of the property. Sure, it's a bit of a walk but hey they to check out the pool as we walk on by. Laundry rooms are conveniently in the basement and you don't have to walk very far to get to the shipping center that is right across the street. Convenience, space, and a piece of mind, That's what you get living at Auburn Manor.

I would not recommend this place to anyone they have roaches the grounds are dirty the hallways are dirty every time you come and go out your building weather it's early or late boys are hanging on the front smoking, drinking and most of them don't even live on the property some of the building doors do not have locks on them so anybody can come in your building not safe at all and the only good thing i can say about the apartment is, is the units are very specious and if you get lucky to get a ...
