Prices is too high for this Property, the manager is not taking care of it. simple things like birds moving in the dryer vents and in the fake shutters on the side of the building, now some shutters are falling apart. The GYM is NOT cleaned daily especially the floor. The pool is cleaned by an onsite maintenance person instead of a professional pool technician. Where is the money for these amenities going? It should go directly for their maintenances!

Management will not take responsibility if they provide you with false information verbally. Also they have the tendency to change companies for the payment plan to pay any leftover rent when you move out, do not provide any information in regards to change, and then will send your information to collections when there's missed payments. Even though this is all due to you not having an account set up on the new payment portal that you had no idea about. The price is great but be prepared to be ...

Lastly, if you have children this may not be the community for you. During my brief stay I would pass people smoking weed on the breezeway, people would be blaring music at the pool till 1AM, and lastly it is not safe for them to roam the parking lot due to extremely fast cars.

Whenever there's a issue related to apartment, the management takes weeks, sometimes months to come and actually fix the issue. The overall management process is bad as they are not able to address the issues that the residents are coming across which is not resident's fault.

I moved in 7/7/19, it is now 9/18/19. Since I have moved in, my washer broke,my bathroom sink has clogged, my a/c was out for a week when it was supposed to take a couple days, then they didn’t tell me this info until I complained about having no a/c after 5 days. They finally told me the part was backordered and it would be fixed in a couple more days. I got them to put a window unit in my apartment, which ended up cutting the power to half my apartment. So now I’m out a/c, cable, WiFi, the use ...
of my TV and PS4, and light in the bathroom/bedroom/living room for a couple more days after that. Now recently my roof started leaking. It can’t be fixed while it’s raining, but now we have rain coming in for a whole week. The worst part is, no restitution has been offered and when I told the front office, the manager looked at me and talked to me like I was below her. The complex is nice area, but the front office is a nightmare. Wouldn’t recommend moving in. I already regret it.

I understand you have experienced a few maintenance issues in the short time you have lived here. When maintenance issues are reported we try to make repairs in a timely manner. When using a portable air conditioning unit, a breaker can trip if many electrical items are used at the same time. I apologize for the inconvenience you went through. We should have had better communication with you to keep you apprised of the progress and different stages of the repairs in progress. When parts are ordered it does delay the overall time frame of completion. With regard to the roof leak, this was beyond our control and repairs can’t be made while it’s raining. We have engaged a contractor to make repairs and hopefully this will be completely taken care of this week. You stated in your review that you spoke with the manager and were made to feel that you were beneath her. I’m the ...

The place has so much traffic and pool is always crowded of people who don't live here enjoying amenities we pay for.
Parking has become a serious issue after 6p so don't leave! Pet friendly, and the lawn shows for it as pick-up bags are not restocked often. Pool is rarely cleaned or maintained like it should be so swim at your own risk! My two youngest were sick for WEEKS after ingesting that water.

I really do not recommend this place my husband and I live there for 2 years and glad we finally moved out. Not a safe apartment there were break-ins cops always at the property. Christmas Eve there was a woman on drugs or alcohol or something called the cops and then I get a phone call from management asking why I called the cops. Don't get me started with the pool there's one somewhere that we had no pool for one month because the water was all green the hot tub stopped working and now they ...
remove the hot tub for an outdoor kitchen area that nobody ever. The only thing they did in the new Renovations correctly was the gym all the other stuff nobody wanted it and I have no idea why they even decided to waste their money on all that. Front office staff was very rude. Before the current management team came in they were allowing subsidized living residents to move in and that's when the crime rate went up. Stay clear of this property you'll never feel safe again once again I'm glad I finally moved out even though they try to keep us.

Upon filling out our renewal, it was brought to my attention, that they would have maintenance come in to do a carpet cleaning of our entire apartment. However, the carpet is not in the best condition, so, I declined the service and notified them as to why (tearing from normal wear, high traffic and moving furniture). The leasing manager ...

I am currently living at Augusta Meadows. I have been here for two years. Year one was perfect! Loved everything! If there was an issue it was resolved quick! Year two--a lot changed. Moved into a bigger apartment and I was putting dishes away and the entire shelf came down--broke the dishes :/ also the apartment needed a lot of small things fixed which eventually got taken care of. About four months ago I had several pizza guys deliver to our apartment and we never orders pizza long story short ...
the pizza drivers were getting called bc my neighbor was robbing them up at gun point! The apartments will get powers ashes and the water will go into my apartment as well as leave a huge puddle in front of my door! Parking isn't the best here! The one good thing is I have never seen a bug in the apartment.i cutrently put my 60 day notice in! :)

Overall I have been very happy living here. The amenities are good. My daughters love the pool. My only complaint is the treadmills are dated and out of order alot. The floor plans are open and spacious. The kitchens are granite with dark appliances which is nice for the price range. The area is nice with a nice mix of middle class and high end homes. Very safe for kids. Great schools, couldn't be happier with Metzler elementary which is located basically across the street. One of the few ...
complaints I have about the actual apt. Is no balconies above the 1st floor. Otherwise I highly recomend Agusta meadows.

New Management
September 8, 2015 - Review from Apartments.com
Long story short, I went a week without a fridge and all of my groceries spoiled. New management failed to take care of this in a timely manner and lacked sympathy for us. When I went to speak with them face-to-face, I hardly received any eye contact. They also told me that they were not sure if they can reimburse me for my spoiled groceries. Excuse me? This is your fault!
We will not be renewing our lease. They can't even answer the office phone or return voice messages.
You've been warned.
