Lack of security
March 1, 2022#1 Parking issues, Security issues, Splitting with the water bill even you don’t use it not fair. Car parts got stolen from parking lot.Property Manager Responded
March 3, 2022We are very sorry to read this review. We understand the frustration of dealing with parking issues. We are currently in the process of re-stripping the parking lot which will improve our parking lot greatly. This should be completed soon. A water bill fee is standard because each unit consumes water. Lastly, if there are any issues with items being taken, please let us know but most importantly contact law enforcement. Love my new apartment
February 27, 2022I moved here last month. Love my apartment. From the moment I applied everyone from the office and maintenance have been great to me. Community is clean. Gate was open a few days but now it’s operating properly. It’s quiet day and night. I have great neighbors. It's not worth it... Please don't waste a regret on this apartment.
February 17, 2022They're nice until you sign, they have roaches, maintenance sucks, management- all talk no action & lots of broken promises and use the blame game. They don't care. The gates are always broken, no one cares that you pay for parking, shootings once or twice a week, pool is never open -ever, staff is very rude and you have to babysit management to get anything done and done correctly.... So many red flags...Property Manager Responded

Beautiful Place especially considering area
September 10, 2020I just moved here end of August/ Early Sept 2020 Pros: Great Layout Spacious Garden Tubs Updated Features Real Backsplash (not peel and stick) 0 deposit community (but they do charge $19 extra on rent for “deposit”) Quality amenities Master closet is HUGE Spacious Patio Right off Expressway Looks just like the model Includes washer/dryer Built in desks are perfect for working from home Cons: PARKING- there’s none available! They didn’t create a proper unit to parking ratio. I just ...had a baby and have to walk as far as FIVE BUILDINGS AWAY JUST TO PARK! It’s so upsetting. And they’re trying a parking pass thing for residents which isn’t real bc I always see ppl in the “resident” parking who don’t have tags. They don’t have actual move in specials and they’re pretty pricey Minor issues with unit during move in, nothing outrageous. Biggest issue was there were upwards of like 50 mosquito looking bugs in the kitchen and the bathroom. Pest control services didn’t help just have to kill them as I see them. My unit gets little natural sunlight Guest window is right off entryway DOESNT feel safe to open it.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful
July 28, 2015Unlike a lot of apartment complexes in this area, this apartment complex is beautifully landscaped. The staff is friendly and courteous and even remembers your name. The pool area is inviting and great to have gas grills available for outdoor entertaining. Other great amenities are large storage areas and garages available.
