Old buildings with many problems

My apartment has been flooded four times! The first time was the very first night I moved in. The second-floor neighbors left their sink on. It took them weeks to redo the ceiling damage and it still looks horrible to this day. The second time they failed to clean the gutters so when it rained the water came through the walls and flooded my entire living room and dining room. The third time the third-floor neighbor’s laundry machine leaked and flooded both the second and first floor apartments. ...
Finally, today my dining room and living room are flooded because it has been raining for two days and it all came through the walls again. I have asked for the carpets to be replaced every time but was told they were still good and sanitized. All they do is vacuum up the water and then leave large fans to dry the rest. I don’t understand how that is sanitizing.

These apartments and the people make you feel right at home. The neighborhood is clean and tidy. I lived in these apartments for years and have never had a problem with the manager nor maintenance. I would say it’s 10/10 place to live

The staff was amazing with maintenance. The apartment were very clean when moving in. And the staff were fantastic help. Would recommend to anyone! Very affordable too.

We've lived here for 14 years as of March 2020. Have loved every minute! Maintenance has always been there right away and our manager Kim has always been terrific to work with. Apartments are spacious and well taken care of.
