ROACHES!!!
January 6, 2024#1 This apartment CURRENTLY has roaches. I told the leasing office, their fix is to SPRAY pest control. The building needs to be bombed!! I’m afraid to even go in my kitchen and turn on the lights without them running out. Please save yourself the hassle of moving in here. Where there is one roach there is many!!!! You would think they would want to move swiftly to save an infestation. #2 The apartment complex is not safe! If you stay long enough you will see. I’ve only been here two years and I ...am ready to go. There was a fatal shooting less than a couple months ago (look it up on the news) and police calls are constantly being made over the weekend. April 19, 2022The Aura apartments opens the community with what used to be a high crime and/or bad “ideal” area. With the New Property management, they have given the community a new and improved look. As they offer modernized units, a clubhouse, pool, and dog park they have gave my family an upgrade to where we used to reside. The balcony and patio options that the units have, is my favorite feature! Along with the other residents, they all have been welcoming and very kind. March 31, 2022I live in a premium top floor apartment. I love the space this apartment provides. The staff has undergone lots of changes and have overcame personal health problems so the effort to make sure the apartments are in good shape was made but due to low staffing, the effort wasn't enough. This apartment has had problem after problem but the staff has been great and accommodating and trying their best to meet our needs. This is one of the nice things about the community. Right now much needs ...improvement in regard to apartment upkeep and amenities (play ground has no swings). We are here a year so I look forward to the improvements they are trying to strive to implement.Property Manager Responded

Nice location for Marian students
October 6, 2020We choose this place because it was close to Marian University. It's about a 2 minute drive, and before we got a car my husband used to ride his bike. If you're a student, I would recommend this place.Review from Apartments.com
