Love it here!
November 16, 2022Been living here for about a year and a half and it’s hands down the best community I’ve lived in. Very nice living space and friendly residents. Very dog friendly which is great for me since I’ve got a very friendly and extroverted little dog. October 10, 2020Moved in about a month ago and happy so far! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartments and the property are being kept very clean. The landscaping is so beautiful! Good value for the money, but not LUXURY apartments
December 17, 2019I recommend these apartments if you’re looking for the most square feet for the most affordable amount. Been here about 6 months now and as someone who has been living in apartments for 15 years here’s my 2 cents. Maintenance staff is the best you’ll ever have anywhere period, can’t say enough great things about them. Office staff are friendly and helpful but there have been a few times where I had a package in the leasing office and went there during normal open hours to pick it up, they had ...“stepped out” (sign was on the door), I feel like at least one person should ALWAYS be in the office during open hours. The property is quiet for the most part although the doors very heavy and I always know when my neighbors are coming/going or if they’re listening to music/watching a loud movie. Lastly these are advertised as luxury apartments and I would say that’s a bit of an exaggeration- luxury apartments don’t have carpet, no matter if you’re on the 1st floor or the 5th. Luxury apartments also come with light fixtures in EVERY room, my living room has no light, just a ceiling fan, and my bedroom has no light either, so I had to spend about $200 on light fixtures when I moved in just so I could see at night, and fridge has no water filter or ice dispenser (another luxury feature). Like I said, the rent is the most affordable for the sqft but don’t advertise as luxury when you’re basically right next door to an actual luxury apartment community. Pool is nice and gym has the basic necessities and is clean. Grounds are well kept and the security gate has never broken since living here- which is a big plus.Property Manager Responded
December 20, 2019Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your honesty. Our office is occasionally managed by a single individual, as we are a small community. With that in mind, there are times when the one person does have to step out to show someone around or help an existing resident. However, we do offer the options to schedule an appointment to meet with someone for package pick up, should we be asked to sign and receive a package on someone's behalf. Everyone does have their own preference regarding luxury finishes or amenities. Our office strives to provide what we feel is the most important luxury aspect, personalized customer service. We do our best to ensure everyone is fully aware of our apartment finished prior to leasing. We do have carpet in select apartments, as some do prefer it. We would hate for someone to feel misled in any way. Aura is one of many beautiful communities in the north St Petersburg area.

Not only is the front office super friendly and always helpful, but the maintenance guys are amazing! Great atmosphere
October 9, 2019Not only is the property beautiful and well maintained but the apartments are well designed and modern. The property has an amazing pool that you can often find people relaxing and enjoying their time at. The people that live in the apartments are kind and courteous to the others around them. Overall Good
October 9, 2019The apartment complex is new and the apartments are very nice and modern. I loved that they offer outdoor storage on the balcony. Downside is the gym is very small and there are very strict rules when leasing. Unlike other apartments, they require BOTH individuals living in the apartment (a couple staying in a 1 bedroom) to make 3 times the rent.
