Needs to be condemned

This is by far the worst apartment to stay in. Units look nothing like the pictures. Our guest bathroom shower had a pipe to burst on 11/21/25, we tried calling emergency maintenance no one would answer. My boyfriend had to drive to the leasing office just to see two agents and maintenance men sitting in there ignoring the phones. Update to now 7/25/26 the shower in the guest bathroom is still not fixed. We only got them to hammer the shower wall back up when a raccoon came into our unit. Pieces ...

of our kitchen ceiling keeps falling. I’ve emailed the corporate email no response. They do not care about the tenants. Renters please steer clear of this apartment complex.
