Well worth the price. I have lived in Clear Lake since 2010 and have been on four different apartment properties. All of them were nice. I moved into Terrace Villas in 2015 and just renewed for another year. I am just going to tell you I read the reviews, and some are right especially the older ones. But in the last year I have seen some nice changes. For one maintenance has improved drastically. In October I called the office and spoke to Yvonne and told her I was having dishwasher
...issues. Bam one day later fixed. We had a building light out in our area, it had been out for the last year. Soon after Yvonne got here, I noticed she was walking around at night. I told her about the light and next day it was fixed. Hopefully, this manager and her maintenance men will be here for a while. I love what is going on with the new changes and really appreciate seeing the manager walking around the property. That never happened before. All my neighbors are very nice, and the property is quiet. The apartments inside include upgrades that I really love like the double pain windows (low light bills), granite counters, stainless steel appliances and ceramic flooring. For the price I do not think it can be beat. It is an older property, but it’s built to last.
