February 21, 2022Austin heights is not a good place to live. Issue in here takes a long time to remedy. Some issue will not be remedy. Not a good place for children. Cleaning service has previous taken long time to come and clean, there some neighbors who are psychotic and destructive. There is loud party at summer from 8pm to 2am in mornings. A lot of people tried to move out cause bad conditions. As 2022 management is not good in here, unorganized, doesn’t feel professional, un knowledgeable, apartment are not ...great to live on. Maintenance- some peeps are ok but doesn’t feel timely.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 13, 2018whole complex is horrible, mold and water damage throughout and Rebecca and David Merenstein now how bad they are but will still move you in on lies and won't fix anything, not even if your getting sick due to black mold. I have over 40,000 mold spores on just one level.Review from Apartments.com
