March 10, 2025My experience with this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing. Upon moving in, I immediately found multiple dead roaches and even saw a living one on the stove while my wife was cooking. Living with roaches is unacceptable, and it made us question the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. After notifying management, we decided to use the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee to terminate our lease early. Despite adhering to the terms of the agreement and moving out within the ...30-day window, management is now refusing to refund my security deposit. The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee clearly states that residents are entitled to a refund of their security deposit if they choose to move out within 30 days. Yet, they are withholding it without a reasonable explanation. It’s frustrating to deal with a property that doesn’t take tenant concerns seriously or follow its own policies. I would strongly recommend avoiding this complex based on my experience with both cleanliness and the lack of professionalism in handling issues.Property Manager Responded
