Amazing Experience! Amazing Management!
July 6, 2021There’s so much to say about this property. I have lived in Autumn Chase for over 5 years and this place is special. To make it clear, I will break down top 3 reasons why it’s a great family environment and overall place to live: 3. Neighbors. I’ve had some excellent neighbors who’s truly neighborly. Every time they are out they wave, smile, talk and make sure your unit is safe when you’re out of town. We look out for each other and care for our well being. 2. Location: This place is truly ...ideally located on a nice road with shopping MINUTES from your home. Walmart Supercenter/Neighborhood Market is 5-7 mins away. Target, Publix, Starbucks, the library, Winn Dixie, CVS, restaurants, all 2-7 min drive away. Really awesome to be that close. and lastly: 1. Management and Staff: When you have management and staff that deeply care about their residents, their safety, and make them the priority, you automatically have a great property. THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND! Maintenance is always hustling and friendly. The property is clean and well kept. They have an emergency service on the weekend and they will come by without complaining. Clayton and Joe are very hard workers and are special in what they do. Diane and Denise run the property with care and attentiveness. They work extremely hard everyday to make our lives a little easier. I can say this because I’ve been through many changes at the property and they were always there for my family and I. These people are special and are rare because they treat you like family, will drop everything to assist you and work tirelessly to improve the property year over year. I don’t usually write reviews but in this case, I feel I must share my experience. Living there, I understood that this is a special place but truly understood when I had to move out of Mobile for work. October 8, 2015I love my apartment and actually refer to it as a cottage since it has such a warm and cozy feel. Having lived here for eight years now, I have found that my apartment home meets my needs and is in a wonderful location. It's close to everything! The complex is very nice and the grounds, pool, and play area are well cared for. The staff is awesome and provides whatever assistance we need without hesitation. My neighbors are great and are like family to me. I am blessed and thankful to call ...this wonderful place "home."Property Manager Responded
