Best place I've ever resided in NC!
March 12, 2025The office and maintenance people are phenomenal. They treat me like family and I love them the same. They are so patient and help me, usually within an hour. I recently did an on-site transfer and thought I had a small leak under the sink, only for Lynn to find a punctured oil bottle. Lynn not only cleaned it up but also helped my husband and I put the bed skirt on my king mattress when he saw us struggling with the weight of bed. Now to talk about my girls, Alyssia and Ashley have such a ...personal touch with all of their residents. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is pristine and perfect for the community, apartments coming for rent and their office. I have seen Ms. Ashley with her cleaning bag running around to clean the homes as if it was her own. They love us and my dog Cannoli. If you are looking for a place to call home, COME HERE. It is a 10/10. PS. My new upgraded apartment is FABULOUS!Property Manager Responded

Great apartment and fantastic staff!
July 21, 2021I just moved from a nightmare of an apartment in NY. I walked through the front door here at Autumn Pointe into a dream. This place is spacious, freshly painted,new carpets in the bedrooms, new microwave and has new apartment smell. The community seems nice and there is a beautiful shopping center with everything you need close by. The staff here is amazing. Anthony, the Assistant manager, is top notch. Anthony is very friendly and knows his job well. Anthony answered all of my questions and kept ...on top of everything from start to finish. Anthony made my experience here a pleasure. The manager Charise is very nice. She really cares about this community and the residents here. It's so quiet here. I thought being on the first floor I would hear a lot of walking around from upstairs. I don't hear anything from inside or outside. Nasty
November 9, 2020I moved here in September and I hate it. I found a job in Raleigh so I needed something quick. I did a virtual tour of this place which was the worst decision ever. I can't wait for my lease to be over to get out of here. I thought that with new management things were going to get better but they are the same. There is trash all over this place. I have seen food and menstrual pads on the floor. The place is also infested with bugs. There are cigarette butts everywhere and the hallways smell like ...cigarettes. People leave their coolers by their doors and work boots. There's mud on the nasty carpet. The walls are very dirty and nasty. This place is just very trashy and I guess the owners don't care about the appearance and presentation of this complex. It's just sad that I'm having to pay rent to live like this.Property Manager Responded

The Best Apartment complex Ever!!!!!

Easy living on the edge of town
July 23, 2015Just outside of the malls and busy main routes lies my apartment complex surrounded by woods. Deer walk across the lawn in the early morning mist and there are well manicured lawns and greenery. On pointe!
July 22, 2015I've lived in the area for 5 years. Three of those years have been at Autumn Pointe. I'm an avid review reader and reviewer. When looking for a place to live we needed space, convenient location, and a decent rent rate. I was in grad school at the time and needed to NOT pay $1200 a month in rent. Autumn Pointe was our first stop (among 20 apartment tours), and we went back for me to sign the lease the same day. The management and maintenance crews are amazing! So helpful. So courteous. So speedy. ...And it's a locally owned property, so no corporate call centers if you have issues...just a building a few miles away (although we've never had to use it).
