Wonderful Place to Live
December 29, 2015We moved into Autumn Ridge Apartments a little under a year ago and we love it! The price of the apartment fits well into our budget. We are so appreciative of our covered parking spots that are very reasonably priced as well (optional, at an additional cost). All of our neighbors have been very friendly! Management has been very friendly and extremely helpful. If something needed to be fixed in our apartment, the maintenance man has been there the same day or shortly after and fixed it in a ...very timely manner for us. Management communicates well with us through notes by our mailboxes. Deliveries (FedEx,UPS) which require a signature are left in the office if we are not home, and sometimes are even hand delivered to our apartment. We think the landscaping is very well maintained. The hallways and stairwell are regularly vacuumed, cleaned, and do not smell bad. Having visited friends in another apartment complex in town, we appreciate these apartments even more. The working security cameras are very visible in the office. That coupled with the fact that we need keys to access our buildings make us feel very safe living here. We don't know where life is going to take us so we don't know how long we will live here, but in the meantime, we are very happy here.
