Autumn Run is a 396 unit complex located on the corner of Matmor Road & Gibson Road. We are at walking distance from shopping centers and the county fair mall. We are minutes away from CA-113. Autumn Run is beautifully landscaped with 2 swimming pools and a spa for your enjoyment. Our rental terms are 12 and 15 month leases and water, sewer and garbage are charged seperately. We have assigned lighted parking and courtesy patrol daily. All of our units are equipped with an electric stove, a frost-free refrigerator, a dishwasher and central heat & air. We are open 7 days a week for your convenience.

August 23, 2015The apartment is kinda average in total. It is highly safe, however, you find a lot of issues which might bother you: 1. Music is loud. Your neighbor never understands that playing music loud will disturb you. And the apartment management can hardly do anything to help you solve that problem. 2. Specially in summer, you find children playing all the way. Thus, you have to be careful while entering to the apartment. 3. You will find people repairing their vehicles in the parking lot. 4. This is a ...two bedroom apartment house. No single room available. However, you are given only one dedicated parking lot. Thus it becomes almost impossible to find parking space for your second vehicle. 5. The apartment is safe. Have not heard or felt any security issue. 6. The management is fine. They try to be helpful and cooperative in certain stances. However, they cannot fully help you when it comes to larger issues, like, noisy neighbor, repair of fridge or dishwasher. August 21, 2015I like the way I was able to process my contract. It was easy. I didn't have to be here to process it. I called and an email was sent to me with the application. Autumn Run
August 12, 2015When we moved in they should have replaced the carpet. We needed electrical work in the bathroom. The apartment stinks especially on hot days. The wiring for high speed internet and cable needs to be up-graded. Most of the maintenance staff only speaks Spanish. The only saving grace for this complex is the management is really nice and organized.Review from Apartments.com
