If you want a place that is nice, do not let the outside of the apartment trick you. Management does not have clue how to run an apartment complex. Constant little children running and and swearing at elders. There is no privacy because they look in windows. Bikes and trash are always on the ground because management does not fine those who are allowing this behavior.

I have lived in this community for the past 10 years and I can honestly say that its a good place to live. If there's a problem with your apartment or neighbors management takes care of it as soon as possible. A big plus is that it's really close to the elementary, middle and high schools which your kids may attend.

This place is wonderful. If you are looking for a peacefully place to live I would highly recommend this place. I have 4 years living here and the neighbors are good neighbors. The office staff Claudia and Brandi are very respectful and Responsible. They can help you in so many ways depending in your needs. UNQUALIFIED MANAGEMENT AND MAINTANENCE

This place is absolutely horrid. I lived here for 2 yrs. always paid my rent ahead of time, never caused any issues. After a wind storm knocked a huge tree on my roof, putting a hole in it, my ceiling began to leak. At one point my ceiling looked like a waterfall. I had to push and argue with them for almost 3 months to fix it. I ended up having to email the owner in Florida before anything finally got done. Not anytime during all of this did they deduct anything from my rent or help me. Due to ...
the hole in the roof, my electric bill skyrocketed, again they did not help with this. I had to move out for over a week (paid for up front by myself out of pocket, then reimbursed by my renters insurance) Never did they deduct rent for the week I was not in the apartment. After I finally moved out, they sued me for back rent that I did not pay (1.5 months worth). Then after receiving a judgment for that they were supposed to mail me information of where to pay it, but they failed to do so. Instead they went straight to my employer and had my wages garnished. Now I have been trying for weeks to call them and get the information so that I can pay this judgment off, but they refuse to answer or return my calls. This place is a disgrace and the management is completely unqualified.

I'm so thrilled to be living here at Autumn Winds. The office staff Brandi and Claudia are wonderful, so helpful, cheerful, and they really put in the effort to make things work for you. The grounds are clean and manicured. I enjoy that the neighborhood is situated deep in the property so even though it's located off a busy main road it doesn't feel like it, kids have plenty of room to roam without the fear of them getting close to traffic. As a newly divorced father of two and trying to look for an affordable clean, safe place to live for my kids. I came across Autumn Wind Apartments and was excited that I actually found a nice, safe, clean area to live and would have the comfort that my kids would be safe. Turns out I make too much money to live here so now I am living in another apartment complex barely making it paycheck to paycheck. I have been living at Autumn Wind Apartments from Sept. 2012, and I have never had any problems with my neighbors or the office and maintenance. Although at times it seems like the staff is always inspecting the apartments, I appreciate it because my maintenance issues always get solve. They are a friendly staff that helps you with any problems you may have. My children like it here as well, and everyone that visit me, always say that the community seems quiet and the environment seems clean. I ...
