This was our first rental and we have had absolutely no problems after living here for 4 months. Maintenance has been good, nothing that stands out, but i have had to call twice about the same issue once because it wasn’t properly fixed. The 2 bedrooms are a little pricey, but this is a very nice and safe place to live. Nothing that will blow you away but you wont be disappointed.

We have lived in this place for 2 years and then had to relocate to a new place close to my wife's graduate school. Both my wife and I loved this place and the stuffs.
Regarding to stuffs: Current manager (Eden) and all other stuffs are so friendly and helpful. I never had any complain about any of them. They have always smiley face and eager to help. I have seen the two stuffs working in different apartments many times, they are always friendly and helpful.

When we came to look for the apartment, the actual sqft number of the 1b1b seemed to be small but later on when we checked the apartment, we found that they have used the apartment space in perfect way, actual usable sqft of the apartment was really good.
One other thing we liked, the electric heating bill during winter was very reasonable since the walls are made of brick, the apartment had good thermal insulation.
Neighborhood: calm and great neighborhood, if you come to see the apartments during early spring or in summer, you will fall in love with the trees and flowers on the road leading to the apartment, the cherry blossom and some other flowers in front of the apartments are so beautiful. We enjoyed those blessings.
Our neighbors were quiet, we never got any complaints from our neighbors.
Nearby places for athletes: I am an athlete (I ran half marathon and full marathon before), I really liked the nearby running trail named as "patuxent branch trail" which starts from savage park goes all the way to Lake Elkhorn and to 108. The trail has very natural good view beside little patuxent river, I have captured many videos/photos of the place and of the gazing deers.
If we need to relocate again after my wife finishes her graduate school, we may end up relocating to Autumn woods apartments again.
