Awesome Manager!
May 29, 2020Springwood Apartments is in a really convenient location between major highways 410/I10 and close to downtown. More importantly the manager Delia is amazing, not only does she care about her residents but you can tell she manages her staff very well. Maintenance & Make-Ready fix issues same day and pest control weekly upon request. She's always looking for new ways to improve customer service and make the property look nicer for her residents. June 18, 2019These apartments are just great and affordable. Manager Delia is always caring and reaching out to her tenants. She always acts on anything that is needed and always making it fun for kids making them special holiday parties. I have lived here for 8 yrs and now im sad i have to move! April 18, 2019Lived here for two years. First year they took three months to fix the hot water heater. I had no hot water for bathing or washing dishes. I heated the water on the stove. Every year the management is fired and replaced. This year the management is worse. I called about my neighbor leaving trash outside the door for a week and was smelling real bad, they didn't do anything about it. Yesterday I called to complain about a strong chemical smell and they haven't done anything about it. I am calling ...the health department to investigate and the owner. On St Patrick's Day they have the time to color the swimming pool green but they can't go check on a complaint. Poor management. Parking is a problem. Car basing hard outside of leasing office made me walk out
May 7, 2016I just arrived to view a rental here, there's a gentleman right in front of the leasing office with his car basing loud while he's outside talking to another guy outside and just knowing that the leasing office hasn't told them that they need to turn the music off has already has just made me want to not live here. March 14, 2016I lived here 2005-2010 and I have to say it was fair rent. I liked the community events and the staff was ok. They were always helpful....because we asked politely. ....keep in mind when you read reviews alot of those people probably walk into the office screaming to have things fixed. I give this place a 4 stars because on the occasions we had things break they fixed it when they could. and the 2 major emergency fixes we had they came within an hour! the place was far from perfect but it was ...safe. the pool - only open half the summer. and the laundry(s) were old so eh...can't expect much for low rent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Could be better
July 31, 2015For $550/month for a studio apartment, its not that great. There is lots of cockroaches and the neighborhood pest control doesn't work at all. It has a swimming pool but usually it remains dirty for couple of days sometimes weeks. It also has a laundry facility and that is it.Review from Apartments.com
