November 3, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comBEWARE****** I lived here for 1 year, apartments are old and need work and just increased rent by a couple hundred dollars. The new owner ( South bay Estates) are completely wrong. They will hold on to your deposit and try to charge you extra. Bad People own these apartments. They will also not reply to your emails when your contact them. I do not recommend this place.
