Decent Community with a few Issues
February 24, 2020Being a newer construction complex, the housing and facilities are generally in good shape. The management staff are great and always willing to help resolve any issue. While I haven't had any issues with crime or feeling insecure during my 2 year stay, I have had a few issues with fellow residents. Being a pet friendly community you will often have people out walking their dogs which is nice, however you occasionally get the irresponsible pet owner. My upstairs neighbor would let their dog ...relieve themselves out on their deck resulting in a disgusting trickle down to all decks/patios below. This occurred for months and only resulted in a phone call asking them to stop (it didn't). I didn't even want to open my windows near my patio. This complex is also non-smoking which is great, except when it isn't. Another neighbor gets around this 'rule' by smoking in his garage. Now my car and items in storage all smell of smoke. Again, management was made aware, but seem powerless to enforce anything. All in all it's a decent community but the yearly rent increases are what have pushed me out. Beautiful community nestled in the foothills
September 4, 2015Beautiful apartment community nestled in the foothills of northern New Jersey. I moved here at the end of June 2015 and have loved it ever since. Very quiet and peaceful setting with local amenities only minutes away. Easy access to the freeway (287) and transit options to get around in the New York City metro region. There's a sizable pool that's open for the summer months, a 24-hour gym for residents and great security for each resident tower (requires a key fob to enter). This is one of ...the only communities in the area that allow dogs as well! The apartment itself is a spacious and humble abode with brand new appliances (oven, dishwasher, washer, and dryer). The living room is spacious for a one bedroom as well as the bedroom itself. There's a large walkin closet with plenty of shelf space (don't even need to buy a dresser at this point).
