Definitely moving out when the lease expires. Never get one day to use the pool because of how small the pool is and how many little kids are always there. Hot tub they says works but after the 6th* time trying it out and getting into lukewarm water I'd say otherwise. To give you an idea of the pool there excuse why the hot tub doesn't work is the kids jumping in and out so the water level is too low to reheat. vacant fees for utilities that have reached over $1,000! Go into the office only to be redirected to call the "billing department". After spending 30 minutes on hold they are saying since I'm calling on the 2nd Ill get charged vacant fees again. Go figure! Cheaply built apartments stepped on several nails sticking out in doorways and very thin walls. You will always hear dogs barking. Would not consider this luxury.
