    Indoor temperatures are above 85 degrees during the summer. If you work from home you will be miserable, even with a portable AC unit, the electrical infrastructure in the unit is so poorly wired that you will have powering your AC unit and WFH equipment on the same breaker.   • Super bad move out experience

    I feel that the process of handling the procedures for vacating the apartment was terrible. My housing contract expired at the end of May. I returned the keys to the apartment one day in advance and informed the staff at the leasing office that I was returning the keys early because I had to go on a business trip on 31th May. However, in the end, they charged me an accelerated rent fee on the bill for the 31th May. No one in the leasing office told me that accelerated fee when I double checked ...

    Highly discourage people from moving into an apartment in building. Car break-ins happen regularly, my bicycle was stolen, others have lost theirs too. Management is one of the worst I've ever seen. Highly unresponsive, rude and will lie straight to your face when confronted about theft. The rent is too high.     At first everything seemed great. Nice fresh apartments, everything is new and clean. Then we discovered that administration doesn't react on any concerns with actions, they only send you formal letters about how they are trying to find the solution. 8 month later still no changes. To pay 2k-2,5k for one bedroom and still experience no comfort seems to much. Also the school which assigned to community is not the best at all.
