It is a good condominium, but there are many people in the community who do not take care of the common areas, they were beautiful but they have deteriorated a lot. my neighbors spend their time yelling and fighting. was quiet before.

Just moved in last week. Love the location and amenities are good. It is your standard apartment complex with some luxury features added in. Everyone seems to be nice and they make an effort to provide satisfactory service. If something slips through the cracks they try to place a priority to fix the issue.

As a longtime resident, I'm experiencing first-hand the positive changes that are taking place, progressing from what I perceived to be one of a good-very good status to one now of excellence. From the regular, frequent email, text and other notifications from the management team to keep us updated; to the local police who reside here on property and strive to keep us feeling secure; to the staff's initiating community building through their breakfast socials, an Easter egg hunt, and now weekly ...
visits from local food truck vendors; to the outside landscape companies' regularly maintaining and now beautifying our grounds; to the maintenance team's performing regular checks to upkeep the common areas, such as the pool, business center and gym, I'd recommend that people in need of apartment living space take a look at what's happening here and schedule a visit.
