Comfortable living in a beautifully managed community!

I don't leave a lot of reviews but, I will because this place has been my place of residence for 3 years. The office and maintenance staff are excellent, professional and knowledgeable. I'm sad to be leaving, but I know that this community is in good hands.

Excellent townhouse, the staff very friendly and shows great concern about your comfort and happiness living within the community. Repairs are done within 24hrs of reporting them, although there have been very few repairs needed. Avalon Russette gives that friendly safe neighborhood feeling. Love this place

I have lived here for a year now and I absolutely love it. My apartment has a private balcony and very large closet. I have to move unfortunately because they increased my rent by $110. For that amount I can find something much closer to work.

No Place Like Home

I moved into my apartment at Avalon Russett back in April 2015 and I have fell in love. From the excellent customer service in the leasing office and pristine, clean dog-friendly neighborhood - it is certainly a gem. The maintenance crew also responds to request within a 24 hour window. Avalon Russett is a part of the larger Russett planned community in Laurel so I have access to trails, parks and picnic areas. No, we're not in Kansas anymore Dorothy -- we're off to some place better!
