7,000 to break lease
October 1, 2022In July, raised my rent by $800. I found a cheaper place. To break lease they're charging me $7000. 4,990 to break lease. Then an additional rent of 2,900. I have a 2 bed 2 bath. Dirty pool Dishwasher never fixed 12 complaints about it went unfixed. Clubhouse never open. Cant enjoy time there.Review from Apartments.com

July 31, 2019This property is fantastic. You'll enjoy the proximity to the Aurora reservoir where there are endless recreation opportunities. You'll be amazed at the variety of shopping and dining that is available at the Southlands Mall, about 1 mile away. I've lived here one year and resigned for another.
