7,000 to break lease
October 1, 2022In July, raised my rent by $800. I found a cheaper place. To break lease they're charging me $7000. 4,990 to break lease. Then an additional rent of 2,900. I have a 2 bed 2 bath. Dirty pool Dishwasher never fixed 12 complaints about it went unfixed. Clubhouse never open. Cant enjoy time there.Review from Apartments.com

July 31, 2019This property is fantastic. You'll enjoy the proximity to the Aurora reservoir where there are endless recreation opportunities. You'll be amazed at the variety of shopping and dining that is available at the Southlands Mall, about 1 mile away. I've lived here one year and resigned for another. March 13, 2018I would like to express my gratitude for the help that Kim, Angela, and Chris gave me as I was moving into my apartment. Moves can be very stressful, but these three people made it a lot easier. They went out of there way to help an old man out. They have made me fill very welcome here at my new home. November 30, 2017Alan, Michele and Kim will treat you right. Chris, maintenance, treats the complex like it’s his own. I love the clubhouse, the fitness center and the pool area.
