November 17, 2022I had a positive experience until it was time to move after three years of living at this location. I was greeted with assurance and smiles that all would be taken care of, and that I would receive my deposit back after a reasonable amount of time. I received instead a general bill for "damages" in the amount of 1200.00 dollars, and when I disputed this, was told that nothing could be done and the damages would stand. I'm an everyday normal person trying to live my best life, so I paid it because ...I'm not going to let them trash my credit. I pay my debts, but I would recommend to anyone considering this place to do the following: 1. Don't pay for the professional cleaning. 2. Insist on the walk through. 3. Not worth the expensive rent!
September 3, 2017I have lived here 2 years and am fed up with paying expensive rent and having an elevator in our building that breaks all the time and a garage parking security gate that breaks constantly.
