Currently living in the Avalon apartments. Paid rent just for nothing to be fixed! I have a one year old and a three year old our ceiling is currently caving in due to rain, we have constant leaks! The apartment above ceiling is completely caved in (holes in the rooftop) that's why the issues are effecting us badly every time. We try to ask to be changed to a different unit but we get told none available or "none" are approved to move in yet. I would NOT recommend living here!!! Under new ...
management!!! They do NOT care for the residents living as long as they are making/receiving money!!! When I was 8 months pregnant staying at my old unit here before getting switch to the one we're in now. We had a broken toilet sewer water everywhere! Due to other neighbors in the apartment unit around us throwing things that shouldn't be flushed (small cell phone, condoms, whole roll of toilet paper, tampons & even small dog toys!) that fully FLOODED our apartment the whole bathroom, bedroom, closet, hallway, 1/2 of our Living room which we still had to stay in because it was the driest part of the apartment at the time dealing with that and other issues like a newborn on the way, just paid all bills & we were young adults getting taken advantage of! Due to my stress being too high I had my baby born early! With the new managements they only care about getting the rest of the buildings painted like a hospital and hiking up the bills like the whole thing has been fixed and worth the money they're wanting!!!!!

Never broken Roaches galore and the building needs to be condemned. The place is now called Avalon at lawton and is run by new management. I rented an apartment in October last year that they claimed were remodeling (had tools and stuff inside went I looked at the unit) when I moved in they didn't do anything they claimed they were doing and gave it to me when the exact same as when I looked at it.

I had two apartments before I moved to this one. This is The worse apartment experience I ever had. The oven and stove are super old. My stove caught on fire twice since I been here. A tree fell down in front of my apartment covering the parking lot, it took them two months before removing the branches. My kitchen sink leaked into my living room making it smell like mildew. My AC went out during the summer for two weeks. My heat went out during the winter for a month. If you are ever late on rent ...

Currently live here, not the best of management or living conditions. Very small kitchen with no counter space, if you can avoid it please do. Looking to leave and move to a more efficiently run unit, figured out why there's no water bill, the plumbing is terrible, tub has not stopped leaking in a year ....fast run from faucet, reported numerous times and no fix to date. Avoid Raintree Apartments !!
