February 16, 2026After living here for about 7 months, I'm very pleased with my experience. Application and move in were very straightforward. The unit was mostly ready on move in day, aside from some minor damage on the blinds, and the 1 bed 1 bath layout is very spacious. I very rarely hear noise from my neighbors, just the occasional minor disruption from upstairs; only noise issue I really have are the nearby train tracks at night sometimes but that's not fault of the property. Location is very nice with good ...restaurants and a brewery just down the street, and not far at all from Minneapolis. I could definitely see myself living in my current unit for a few years.Property Manager Responded

There is also safety issue children opening windows throwing shoes at peoples cars running around the driveway, playing games. Some people living front pouch down stairs throwing parties having children games there making it very risk and dangerous for residents driving in and out.
