Trying to get in touch with the leasing office was beyond frustrating. I sent 7 emails and made almost 30 phone calls using multiple phone numbers before someone finally answered. It shouldn’t take that much effort just to speak to someone. All I was trying to do was get information about what looked like an overcharge on my bill, but getting a response was nearly impossible. Communication is extremely poor, and it’s disappointing that residents have to spend so much time chasing someone down ...
just to ask a simple billing question. If you ever need help or have an issue, don’t expect to get a timely response.
