February 16, 2026After living here for about 7 months, I'm very pleased with my experience. Application and move in were very straightforward. The unit was mostly ready on move in day, aside from some minor damage on the blinds, and the 1 bed 1 bath layout is very spacious. I very rarely hear noise from my neighbors, just the occasional minor disruption from upstairs; only noise issue I really have are the nearby train tracks at night sometimes but that's not fault of the property. Location is very nice with good ...restaurants and a brewery just down the street, and not far at all from Minneapolis. I could definitely see myself living in my current unit for a few years.Property Manager Responded

September 8, 2025Two years ago Avana was clean and organized now it’s no longer clean. There is also safety issue children opening windows throwing shoes at peoples cars running around the driveway, playing games. Some people living front pouch down stairs throwing parties having children games there making it very risk and dangerous for residents driving in and out. January 9, 2025I have lived at Avana Addison for 6 years. My one bedroom apartment is spacious and trendy. I love my private garage that is a few feet from my door. Rent is reasonable. Shakopee is a great location with fun activities. I am a single female. I have never felt a threat to my safety. I would recommend.Property Manager Responded
