August 2, 2025I had a showing today with Jaleesa @ Avana Avebury. She was extremely warm and friendly from the gate. She was helpful in answering all of my questions concerning the property and I appreciate her frankness. The community was nothing like I read in the reviews at all. The experience with any place is what you make it and how you approach and respond to anyone when requiring assistance means everything. I was able to meet Joseph, head of maintenance as well, and even he was friendly. I loved the ...design and layout of the 2 bedroom I was interested in. I look forward to my future residency here. If I can say anything concerning any place you see bad reviews, have a look at it first and see for yourself. Everything isn’t always what it seems for real. Nowadays things aren’t what we remember what they use to be. But we can do everything we can to make our spaces safe for us. September 16, 2024My experience was top-tier. I applied for Avana Avebury and was approved after being denied other places. I was homeless with my child and the office staff worked with me. My deposit was high, but I was giving time and resources to help make it happen. I haven't experienced any problems and am hopeful it stays as pleasant as the beginning.Property Manager Responded
