And problem with roaches not bad if you live clean but very present around the building and in garage. March 24, 2025I've lived at Avana City North (ACN) a little over 2 months and it's been good. The maintenance responds to service requests quickly, issues with rent payments are resolved with in 3 - 5 business days, and ACN are in constant communication with tenants by sending emails about updates and upcoming inspections.Property Manager Responded

December 17, 2024Cable is included in the rent so in May we got a new cable provider and they stopped charging us for cable. So in Oct, Nov, & Dec we now had to pay the back of cable with no communication about it so now my 1300 rent was now 1600 for 1b1b 725 on the first floor at that!
