March 19, 2026Avana Evergreen has been a perfect community. The crows in the morning make waking up a joy. My building is quiet and the grounds are kept very clean. In the evenings I’ve witness Atlas Security. The gated community is safe and clean. They stay on top of all arising issues. Units are well maintained internally and externally.
