March 30, 2025I’ve been living at Avana Evergreen for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a pretty solid experience. The area itself is super quiet and tucked into this little pocket of trees, which I love—it feels like you’re away from the noise, but you're still close to everything you need (stores, restaurants, freeway access, all of it). The apartments are nice—clean, modern, and the in-unit washer/dryer situation is a lifesaver. I’ve got a little yard that’s perfect for just sitting out with a coffee ...and zoning out for a bit. Maintenance has always been quick and respectful, which is a big deal to me. They actually follow through when you put in a request. There are two pools, a gym, firepit area, and even a little dog run. It’s definitely pet-friendly. And the vibe overall is pretty laid-back. You can tell the staff actually care, and the place is kept up well. If you’re looking for a calm, clean, and comfortable place to live in Vancouver, I’d say Avana Evergreen is worth checking out.Property Manager Responded
