October 6, 2025The team at Avana 109 are amazing! Prior to moving in over a year ago, I was greeted with a smile by staff and all my questions were answered in a helpful, and timely manner, which allowed the move in process to go smoothly. Maintenence crew bent over backwards to do the small things I’d pointed out upon move on walk thru. I think one of the best things about my experience here on this community is the tolerance and friendly demeanor towards my ESA’s. They are big and kind of a lot at times, but ...we get all smiles from the ladies in the office (and the bestest treats from Patty??) and the crew!Property Manager Responded

August 27, 2025Things are improving. However u can't blame management for when residents damage and vandalized the property. Management has been responsive when issues are brought up. However I still feel utilities are too much.Property Manager Responded

August 10, 2025Cannot use the pool because there was maggots/grubs in it! Maintenance used to be on top of things, not anymore. Continue to smell some type of chemical oder, Walls are super thin, smell and hear everything. It has not been a good experience the last few months living here! And I’m sure they’re planning on raising the rent when it’s time to renew. I am doing everything I can to move out of here when my lease is up.Property Manager Responded

July 29, 2025I am an new resident and still new to the Vancouver area. My living experience has mostly been well. I am disappointed in the quality of completion of maintenance request and the cleanliness of the unit at move in. I understand the homes are older but given the cost of rent every month you would think some of that would be put back into keeping things up-to-date & cleaner.Property Manager Responded
