December 9, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comDO NOT MOVE HERE. You will not receive appropriate response time and the units are not new/cleaned. Upon move in last week, I did not have a washer and dryer in my unit. The counters in my kitchen were stained all over, the toilet seat is dirty and broke, and the bathtub is clogged. I've called and left a message, emailed, and stopped by in person. I STILL do not have a date on when my washer and dryer will be delivered, whie they have simply ignored the other issues. Now no one is ever in the leasing office when its supposed to be open. I’ve called multiple times before and alway get sent to the after hours line. And they can’t do anything but take notes and tell me the office will call me back (which they never do). I go the the office and the door is locked.
