Several Issues
December 30, 2024I have lived here for many, many years. Plan to leave when I can make the change. Management has gone way down in level of caring about tenants.. Issue 1: I work early morning hours and try to get as close to streetlight as possible for safety reasons. Parking is out of control at our building being next to office. Maintenance workers park here and park golfcarts here. I have received a few flat tires here after parking where golfcarts have been and have photos of loose screws/nails on ...floors of open golfcarts to prove neglect. There is one apartment that is allowed four junk automobiles, and allowed to work on these autos in the parking lot. In fact, there is a piece of junk muffler sitting on parking lot behind junk car. These cars are not driven every day or even for months and allowed to take up spaces. Issue 2: A tenant is allowed to grill out ON THE PARKING LOT! This is a fire hazard with autos. Grill has been stored in breezeway and now being stored behind junk automobile. Issue 3: trash bags in breezeway is not monitored and when I call mgmt, takes several calls before they will take action. Issue 4: maintenance marks work orders as complete as soon as they read them, causing them to forget work needs to be done. I receive feedback requests before work order has even been completed. Issue 5: When I have voiced my concerns about parking issues, I’m being told I should go outside after maintenance has left and move my car. I’m in bed at that time for an early rise. No concern makes me very angry for amount of rent I Pay. How is it ok for one apartment to have four junk autos. I have never had parking issues here until this past year. I work in retail and employees are required to park very far away to allow spaces for paying customers. Not the case here at MY HOME. I’m not guaranteed a parking place at my building-maintenance and four junk autos take precedence. Its a shame-you dont want to live here!Property Manager Responded
