They are kind, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. Absolutely amazing staff and beautiful complex
August 21, 2024This apartment complex is made up of a staff that truly makes it a home. My partner and I were in a very stressful situation where we needed to find housing quite quickly while another apartment complex broke a lease with us four days before our move in. We had lived in Avana Twenty9 for a year, but wanted to move closer to both of our jobs. Tina and Erin took it into their hands to make sure my partner and I could transfer to a different apartment at Avana Twenty9, and did the work that usually ...takes two months in less than a week. They go absolutely above and beyond, and we owe the staff here so so much! They truly care about each individual tenant, and they make that known in the work they do every day. Not to mention, the maintenance crew are also the most lovely people you will meet. All of our requests have been responded to in a very timely and efficient manner.Property Manager Responded
