June 26, 2023Avana West Hills is beautiful from the outside and alright on the inside, Management is a little hard to get a hold of and when emails are sent out,?it’s being sent from a totally different property which they also own and does not pertain to anything that’s happening in our complex. Maintenance is horrible and the parking lot is flooded with garbage and debris, especially on the weekends.Property Manager Responded

The issue I had with my rent is solved now because I pay my full amount every month no balance so that I don't get fake bill anymore. April 17, 2023The maintenance team in this apartment is the worst ever. I had a leaking water at the back of my toilet and a air fan in the bathroom that don’t work well. I called the office and they said they filed those problems as emergency. Yet nobody even showed up. They called and they not showed up without even saying anything. Like a month later I received notification that the problem is fixed? What kind of working attitude is this?
