November 10, 2025My Avana Weymouth experience wasn't good. The building is old, the maintenance was poor. The outside door is always open, there are weird people around the building. After my contract ends, I will not renew or recommend the place.Property Manager Responded

Do Not Move Here
June 26, 2024I saw all the negative reviews and still moved here because it was all I could afford as a single renter. I regret it every day. Property does not provide enough dumpsters for the # of tenants who live here so trash is left EVERYWHERE. Buildings are broken into on a weekly basis. Grills were taken away and never replaced. Common areas, including the pool area, absolutely trashed/destroyed. No security cameras despite the astronomical rent we pay. Can’t wait to get out of here.Property Manager Responded
