Living in Avana apartments has been a terrible experience. Our neighbors smoke inside, tamper with fire alarms causing them to go off, hoard trash so the building smells, litter, throw trash off the balcony, and get into violent domestic disputes on a regular basis. On top of that we have dealt with many issues in our apartment that have no been dealt with.

This place is terrible the police are here frequently and the buildings themselves are poorly maintained. It is laughable that they market themselves as luxury apartments.

I would not recommend moving here. What you see online is not what you’re getting. The pictures online make this place seem like it’s so beautiful clean and updated and that is definitely not the case! The only thing that looks like it does online is the gym

My Avana Weymouth experience wasn't good. The building is old, the maintenance was poor. The outside door is always open, there are weird people around the building. After my contract ends, I will not renew or recommend the place.
