I lived in this place for three years, and initially, it was a fantastic community. However, over time, it has steadily declined. The elevator has been under repair for nearly two years, and despite numerous promises, there has been no progress. Additionally, the other elevator has been out of service for months. It's frustrating and puzzling how the building continues to function this way.

of the bathtubs in my apartment. To make matters worse, the fire alarm system throughout the community goes off so frequently that it's hard to believe it's a genuine emergency. Last weekend alone, it rang more than 20 times, disrupting our sleep at 2 am.
Honestly, this community is turning into a complete joke. I've come to realize that there are much better complexes available, offering more amenities at the same price or even lower. Moving in here would be a huge mistake, and I strongly advise against it.
