Thermostat looks like you can set your temperature for yourself. Instead it works like an off and on switch. Work orders get completed out. When the problem never gets fixed. Management will ignore you and your work orders. Corporate will never return your calls when you report how you’re living.

Roaches, drug dealers, bad plumbing... not sure if this can get any worse. No idea where they got the pictures for the property- does not look like this at. New management has made matters worse. This please should be bulldozed. All the positive reviews are from people who WORK on or for this property. Dogs laws are not enforced- dogs run lose and poop every where, they are not picked up after and people have been bit because dogs are not on leashes. The two pools are nasty and the security is a ...
joke, half the time the gates are stuck open. Too cheap to fix things in a timely manner - the roofs leaked forever before being fixed. The AC ( may be swamp cooler) do not work well, apartments are always hot- lucky if 15 degrees cooler then outside. Not a safe place for kids at all. Stay away!

Outstanding place to live

Nottinghill is a breath of fresh air in an otherwise bad area. The moment you walk into the property you can tell that management and staff care about the property. The grass is fresh cut, the pools are sparkling (and they have 4) and management is kind, responsive and attentive. You will not find more caring staff anywhere then Nottinghill. The manager is always available to speak with residents, the leasing agents are attentive and knowledgeable. If you want a place to call home this is it. I ...
came here as a last resort and have stayed for years because of the staff. Management takes care of maintenance issues quickly and the maintenance team is ingenious at how quickly they can repair major issues. Pest control is also handled by the property even though they don't have to. The property is gated and security here is outstanding. Renee our property manager is kind but firm and will stop at nothing to ensure that her residents are safe and happy. Check this place out.

Nottinghill Apartments is a Veterans and Refugee focused community. As a veteran the management there has been very kind. They work tirelessly to bring in donations from the public for persons who need furniture and clothing. Renee is always approachable and treats everyone so kindly that a lot of the refugees call her mom. This property has a live on site pastor who holds church services in the community center for anyone wishing to attend and the church is active in providing food and other ...

Don't move here unless you like roaches. Worst complex I've ever lived in. If you call the office to complain you get hung up on. I had to empty out all the cabinets and now all my stuff is in the middle of the room the roaches are so bad. I wish I knew how to get ahold of the property management company. I'm going to have to move even though my lease isn't up. The roaches are driving me crazy walking down the walls and across the carpet. And under the cabinets roaches are all over. Wish I could ...
