February 25, 2026Honestly have really enjoyed staying at Avanti. There's a few reasons I continue to renew my lease and that's just the fact they are willing. Willing to come fix something that's broken and they are fast about, and willing to just put in effort into making every staff interaction a pleasant experience. I've never had a run in with the staff that wasn't pleasant. Rent is high but the value is there, eventually I'd like to rent a house for around the same price as an Avanti apartment but both my ...wife and I struggle to want to leave the Farmington and community we're surrounded in at Avanti. Everyone loves my dog, people are friendly and mind their business. If I was single I'd probably never leave, I'd recommend them ALL DAY to a single or couple without a doubt. Excellent Apartment Community
June 14, 2025The community is physically attractive and well maintained. Next door to Station Park and the Legacy Trail with easy walking access to both. Amenities are very nice, kept immaculate and readily available. Love this place!
November 4, 2024We just moved in and are so thrilled to be here! Chance and Brie have been absolutely wonderful in assisting us starting with the property tour, signing the lease, and move in. We noticed a leak in with the dishwasher when we moved in, I called and our maintenance guy Adrian, was there within the hour and fixed the issue! They checked in and let us know about the repair and are wonderful with communication. We couldn’t be happier!Property Manager Responded
