I and my fiancé at first were ready to take the 1 bed 1 bath, but due to their lack of professionalism, we decided to not move in after all. We were calling them daily and emailing them about getting the keys to the apartment and we never heard from them for weeks until 2 days before the move in when we decided to decline. P.S. : The person's name that showed us the apartment the first time is Carmen. Her son is the on-site manager. I never met him and my fiancé met him once. If you are willing to put up with disorderly, non-communicative managers, then this is definitely the place for you. Soon, I and my fiancé will most likely involve small claims court if they continue to be this unresponsive.

At Madden Property the policy is that keys are given once the deposit and first month rent is paid. After that, we are happy to give tenants keys to the unit. If a date has been set for final payment then that is the date keys will be delivered. We also are not responsible for pay-stubs. Always make sure to give landlords, and or, property managers copies of all your documents and never give originals unless you are okay with not giving them back.
