January 7, 2026The Avenir is by far the best place ive ever lived. Management is INCREDIBLE and extremely responsive, as is maintenance, who not only comes on site quickly but also communicates quickly as to what needs to be done. Target for Car Break Ins
August 6, 2021This building and the workers are very nice while a little overpriced but that's not the headline. I have lived here 11 months and more than 20 cars have been broken into in my time here. More than half of those have been in the past two months. They say the parking is under video surveillance but it has yet to affect any of this and there have been no extra precautions taken but the building. IF you move here, pay the ridiculous amount for the garage or don't own a car.Property Manager Responded
September 1, 2021We understand the issue with the outdoor parking and understand the frustration you may have. We have worked with the MPD in the past by providing any video footage that we collect. We also have increased security patrols as well as increasing the lighting in the lower parking. We will also continue to work with the city alderman and Milwaukee Police to help out with more patrols in the area. Thank you for your feedback.

Noisy, not well maintained
August 19, 2017Construction quality is poor so you can basically hear everything outside and from other units. While is a relatively new building, is not well maintained.... common areas are dirty and don't get cleaned regularly. The location is convenient as there are several stores across the street. Great place to live!
August 3, 2016I just signed another year!. This place is beautiful, great amenities and the location is fantastic! The Management team are so friendly and always there to help with all of our needs. The common areas are amazing, the workout room is great!, they also have a Yoga place and the terrace is fantastic with great views to the city as well. The building is pretty new and they keep it clean and comfy for all of us. Do not hesitate to come and visit, great people living in the building as well.Review from Apartments.com
Beautiful and convenient location
October 12, 2015I absolutely love living here. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The building is very clean and there are tons of convenient amenities, like the pet spa, yoga studio, and workout room. You can't beat the location. I spend so much less time running errands because it's close to plenty of restaurants, the grocery store, UPS store, post office and more. The rooftop garden is a great place to relax with friends or sit and read a book. I will definitely be here for the long haul.Review from Apartments.com
New Building
September 23, 2015The apartment is fairly new, and the furnishings are great. We have a little gym, and while it doesn't have everything, it's at least a nice alternative to running outside in 80 degree weather. There is a balcony for every apartment, and washer/dryer in the pantry. Super convenient, and such a better price than some of the other modern apartments around.Review from Apartments.com
Not Worth The Price
September 21, 2015This place is way over priced for what you get!! The new management company is having such a hard time filling the place they have resorted to giving away 3 months worth of rent to get people in. If that doesn't tell you just how over priced it really is then i don't know what will. Save your money there are plenty of better cheaper places on the East Side. Plus i just found out they are going to start an addition and wreck the views I'm paying so much for, forcing me to live through the ...construction.
