Aventura Bellevue is a wonderful place to live. Maintenance orders are taken care immediately, the leasing staff is absolutely fantastic, especially Sidney, she makes the process painless. The community is well kept, quiet and the neighbors are friendly.

Beautiful quiet community. Just keep honesty at the forefront. These apartments are our dwelling and they should be kept up. We should not be worried about painted over mildew and mold. We should not be worried about cracks in foundation and unstable floors. Making sure that diligence goes into to every apartment and every floor plan not just quick fixes.

Absolutely garbage management that has done nothing but lie and twist words regarding the flea, spider, and centipede infestation. They even refuse to inspect the "flea free" environment they are claiming the townhouse now is. This has absolutely been the worst renting and move-in experience I have ever encountered. Do not rent at Aventura Bellevue. On a more positive note, the maintenance crew is very good and helpful.
