      I wouldn't move here if I had a second chance. Apartment conditions and overall look is not worth the price. Parking availability is horrible. Maintenance never fixes anything properly, just uses excuses about issues instead of just fixing what needs to be fixed.

      Beautiful quiet community. Just keep honesty at the forefront. These apartments are our dwelling and they should be kept up. We should not be worried about painted over mildew and mold. We should not be worried about cracks in foundation and unstable floors. Making sure that diligence goes into to every apartment and every floor plan not just quick fixes.
