We should not be worried about painted over mildew and mold. We should not be worried about cracks in foundation and unstable floors. May 23, 2025Absolutely garbage management that has done nothing but lie and twist words regarding the flea, spider, and centipede infestation. They even refuse to inspect the "flea free" environment they are claiming the townhouse now is. This has absolutely been the worst renting and move-in experience I have ever encountered. Do not rent at Aventura Bellevue. On a more positive note, the maintenance crew is very good and helpful.Property Manager Responded
