December 22, 2025For the most part my stay has been pleasant. It is usually peaceful and quiet. The only cons I would say is that the leasing office is sometimes slow to resolve issues/answer phone calls, and that the hallways could be cleaner. December 17, 2025Aventura is a great place to live. My 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen cabinets, countertops and pendant lighting gives it a modern feel. The amenities are abundant. The Management does nice things like periodic food truck offerings, etc. The maintenance staff is prompt and friendly. December 17, 2025Great place to stay. Laurel is a great location as you are a short commute away from Baltimore DC Montgomery Howard and everywhere in between. The apartment has great amenities pool gym pet spa sports simulator parking garage trash pickup. Highly recommendedProperty Manager Responded

December 16, 2025I love my actual unit. The amenities are great. The grounds are well kept. The new staff is professional and responsive. My main complaints are that it’s very expensive. For the price, we shouldn’t have to worry about the garage doors being constantly broken or the trash piling up which is drawing rodents into the building.Property Manager Responded

I understand it can be frustrating when a garage door goes down and we do all we can to expedite repairs as we reach out to different contractors. Garage repairs do require an outside contractor. We are ordering parts to have readily available onsite to speed up that process of waiting on materials. We have some great trash solutions that are coming in 2026 as we never want to have trash build up at the property.
