October 21, 2025I recently moved into the community, and so far, things have been going well! The move-in process had a couple of hiccups, like a broken elevator and an uninstalled dryer, which made things a bit challenging. However, the staff and residents have been incredibly kind and helpful, which has made a big difference. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to move here and am looking forward to settling in more!Property Manager Responded

October 16, 2025When I was deciding to come here, I had two in person tours with Loni and on both occasions, he was absolutely helpful. He answered all my questions, responded to my concerns on some of the review I read and at the end of it, I decided to apply. August 20, 2025Appears things have changed some. I know management has and now there's less community involvement. Used to have grab and go breakfast once a month, that's gone. Paint and sip, Cinco de mayo, just Lil resident get together, meet your neighbor.... all gone. Mail room is always overflowing. Garage door is always broke. Even with valet trash the trash rooms are always overflowingProperty Manager Responded

August 10, 2025My move in went great! my new neighbors are so kind and inviting. There was things in the apartment that i pointed out prior to moving in but i guess i have to put in a maintenance request to get it all fixed. I also made a suggestion about the hallways - please fix that asap, Aventura feels like a luxury apartment besides the nasty sticky hallways. I don’t think it’s an ask that is unreasonable for the cleaning crew.Property Manager Responded

August 2, 2025There needs to be more management of the rules set forth in the complex. Garbage bins in the hallway, full time causing pest issues, cars parked illegally or double parked causing tenants issue getting around, wrecked vehicles in the garage not being towed, etc. Also there needs to be more attention on fixes needed on the property like the security key pads to give guests access through your phone, no front garage door for months... These are a few reasons I am unable to give a good rating or ...recommendation to new tenants.Property Manager Responded
