Location is wonderful. Whole reason I live here is I have garage in building. There have been a lot of problems-management changes, lack of cleaning and repair. It has been getting better and I hope it will continue Note the one stable ha been the great repair service Yajacob(hope spelling right) is wonderful personable,smart and very kind

Avenue C is a beautiful apartment community. Makes you feel like you are living in a luxury hotel. It is extremely quiet, you might think you are the only one living there. The amenities are fantastic and always available.

We were one of the first tenants of AVE C and enjoy living here. The common areas are neat and well kept. The apartments have just what you need as far as space and layout. The management staff is available and open for questions and providing or getting answers for them. The pricing is reasonable.

Avenue C has been our home for going on 3 years and for my wife and I downsizing was tough. We have most of the amenities we had, but they are smaller. To us, it feels like we are on a cruise. Our apartment is the stateroom, we can stay in it and use the amenities or go and enjoy the amenities of the city, or travel and know that our home is being taken care of.
