The location and views are amazing! Maintenance requests are addressed immediately. Apartments are spacious but rent is higher than expected. Rent on lower floors could be lower than that on higher floors.

So close to the U campus with amazing views and is the perfect size for me and my roommate and our friends (we love to entertain and our apartment has become very popular for watching the sunset). The building is a little old but overall I love it!

Office and maintenance personnel are very prompt in taking action if you raise a concern. Building is secure because of the FOB given to each tenant, even the packages are secure because of the Amazon Hub located at the ground floor…

It is ok, there are a lot of things that don't work throughout the apartment and the laundry situation needs to be fixed asap. Other than that, they are pretty responsive when you reach out.
