    Feeling very grateful for having a management company that really cares about its residents. The homes are very beautiful, new, and clean. The location is very convenient for commuting to department stores, drug stores, and hospitals.

    Overall enjoy our home. However, the grounds have not been maintained since the development was new. There is underlayment and irrigation pipes showing everywhere. There are tacky big signs that block the sight of pedestrians and on coming cars. There is also an 8 foot big orange cable sticking out of the ground by the street and electric transformer.

    Couple things could add to the property. There are orange tubes (?/O cables) that are about 8 feet tall and look bad to the right of the driveway. Also, the sign on the left of the driveway blocks being able to see if there is oncoming traffic. It would be nice to have a recycle bin at the mailboxes

    Overall a good rental experience. The townhomes have great access to the Highline Canal trail. It’s an easy walk to the entrance of the trail. The grounds are nicely maintained.

    Having to relocate from another state, I received great help, from the application process to getting furniture delivered while in another state, to ensure I knew all my options in picking the right unit, etc. I have not had any issues with anything. I am very appreciative of the staff

  • Be Cautious

    Property management is nonexistent. They don't respond to emails, phone calls, or maintenance requests. Please check the google reviews. So far, living here has been a nightmare: the units have several maintenance issues & there was a shooting a couple of months ago that resulted in one of the units having broken windows/doors - which still hasn't been fixed. If you're looking at unit 1155, please make sure you ask leasing for a discount before signing a lease.

    Recent event with the shooting has made me uneasy and not safe. Hope the security car remains. The dog poop in my yard is not good. Neighbors are friendly.

    Nice community. Most folks will say hello or talk to one another. Town homes are only 2 years old. Only negative is that the grounds are not maintained very well of litter and dog waste.

    We really love living here especially with the new management (Cushman & Wakefield). The townhomes are spacious with really great storage. Some of the neighbors are disrespectful especially when it comes to walking their dogs off leash and not cleaning up after them, but that’s just how people are everywhere. Most of all, we love how quiet it is and the proximity to the High Line canal trail. Super pleased!
