THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO EVEN HAVE A THOUGHT OF LIVING. IT IS RIDICULOUS WHAT YOU PAY HERE FOR RENT AND THE SERVICES THAT YOU RECEIVE. THE MANAGEMENT DRAGS THEIR FEET WHEN IT COMES TO MAINTENANCE. NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN. THEY HAVE 1 SECURITY GUARD THAT COMES EVERY NOW AND AGAIN. PEOPLE BREAK IN YOUR APARTMENT AND THE OFFICE IS NO HELP AS THE SO CALLED SURVEILLANCE IS NOT WORKING. THIS IS A BIG RED FLAG ZONE. GUNSHOT, DEAD BODY, FIGHTS, THEFT YOU NAME IT, IT IS THERE.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Bed bug infestation, roaches, horrible management, water not work on weekends and no one to call for emergency repairs. Don't care about your well being they just want your money. They won't work with you and I'm not talking about paying rent because I've NEVER been late. They should shut these apartments down or get new management and better communication skills. Stay FAR away from Sago Palms unless you don't care where you lay your head.

This is a horrible nightmare. Crime infested and I am unemployed and not able to move. It floods and I have to carry rain boots with me when it rains. I have had 6 different neighbors in the 2 1/2 years I have been here. And some some times I didn't have neighbors for a few months. Roach infested! Maintenance takes weeks to come out! My toilet pipe busted and it took someone 13 days to come and fix it... water was leaking in the wall and on my floor the entire time! My kitchen sink has been leaking for nearly 6 months!
