ROACHES, RATS, GUNSHOT, BAD MAINTENANCE
October 18, 2017THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO EVEN HAVE A THOUGHT OF LIVING. IT IS RIDICULOUS WHAT YOU PAY HERE FOR RENT AND THE SERVICES THAT YOU RECEIVE. THE MANAGEMENT DRAGS THEIR FEET WHEN IT COMES TO MAINTENANCE. NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN. THEY HAVE 1 SECURITY GUARD THAT COMES EVERY NOW AND AGAIN. PEOPLE BREAK IN YOUR APARTMENT AND THE OFFICE IS NO HELP AS THE SO CALLED SURVEILLANCE IS NOT WORKING. THIS IS A BIG RED FLAG ZONE. GUNSHOT, DEAD BODY, FIGHTS, THEFT YOU NAME IT, IT IS THERE. December 29, 2015If I could rate zero stars I would. Bed bug infestation, roaches, horrible management, water not work on weekends and no one to call for emergency repairs. Don't care about your well being they just want your money. They won't work with you and I'm not talking about paying rent because I've NEVER been late. Horrible Nightmare
August 13, 2015This is a horrible nightmare. Crime infested and I am unemployed and not able to move. It floods and I have to carry rain boots with me when it rains. I have had 6 different neighbors in the 2 1/2 years I have been here. And some some times I didn't have neighbors for a few months. I have not signed a new lease because I do not want be stuck in a lease. Right now my florescent kitchen light is out, it have been out for 4 days. When I call the office the phone is busy. And when it rings no one ...answers. I have to send them emails, or go the office. They only have one phone line and it don't even have call waiting.
