THE MANAGEMENT DRAGS THEIR FEET WHEN IT COMES TO MAINTENANCE. NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN. THEY HAVE 1 SECURITY GUARD THAT COMES EVERY NOW AND AGAIN. Bed bug infestation, roaches, horrible management, water not work on weekends and no one to call for emergency repairs. Don't care about your well being they just want your money. They won't work with you and I'm not talking about paying rent because I've NEVER been late. They should shut these apartments down or get new management and better communication skills. Stay FAR away from Sago Palms unless you don't care where you lay your head.

I have had 6 different neighbors in the 2 1/2 years I have been here. And some some times I didn't have neighbors for a few months. I have not signed a new lease because I do not want be stuck in a lease. Right now my florescent kitchen light is out, it have been out for 4 days. When I call the office the phone is busy. August 11, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comRoach infested! Maintenance takes weeks to come out! My toilet pipe busted and it took someone 13 days to come and fix it... water was leaking in the wall and on my floor the entire time! My kitchen sink has been leaking for nearly 6 months!
